ABOUT ME

I’m Beatriz, a native Spanish speaker passionate about helping people discover the Spanish language and the culture that brings it to life.I know first-hand what it feels like to learn a new language. When I first arrived in the UK, I wasn’t fluent and I experienced the challenges, frustrations and excitement that come with starting again in a new language. Through my own journey, I discovered the strategies, confidence and practice that helped me progress — and I love sharing those experiences with my students.I believe that learning a language is about much more than vocabulary and grammar. Language and culture are deeply connected and understanding the traditions, expressions, history and everyday life behind the words helps you communicate with confidence and truly connect with Spanish-speaking communities.My lessons are designed to be supportive, engaging and tailored to each learner’s needs. From building confidence through conversation, improving pronunciation and fluency, supporting school exams or introducing children to Spanish in a fun and interactive way.
